How do I get ashes to you?

We currently have a few ways you can get a loved one’s ashes to our studio on the Gold Coast.
1. POSTAGE - Yes, you can post ashes! As long as you feel comfortable with posting, and you follow the regulations of an eligible carrier, it is perfectly acceptable to send cremated ashes in the mail. We have detailed packing instructions on our homepage regarding best sending results.
2. DROP OFF - If you are local to the Gold Coast or surrounding areas, you may drop off ashes to our secure lockbox at any time. Please follow packing instructions as though you were sending via post and ensure your ashes are clearly labelled with your loved one’s name and your order number before you place them into the mailbox. If you have ashes in a sealed urn or do not feel comfortable decanting ashes yourself, you may schedule an appointment to come into the studio where one of our team members will decant and label ashes on your behalf. 3. PET ANGEL SERVICE - For our Pet Angel customers, who currently have a pet in the care of Pet Angel Funerals, we offer complimentary collection and delivery service of your ashes. We need you to advise the Pet Angel team of your intent to have a keepsake creation, place your order via our website and select the Pet Angel options for both delivery and collection. This means when your pet’s cremation is finalised and paid for, we collect the ashes only, create your keepsake(s), then return the finished keepsakes and any remaining ashes back to Pet Angel.
